The Center for the Quantitative and Statistical Sciences (QUEST) is an interdisciplinary effort with the School of Public Health, College of Education and Human Development, College of Arts and Sciences, and Andrew Young School of Policy Studies.

QUEST aims to expand existing strengths in data science and research computing at Georgia State University.  The Center's mission is to develop and advance the quantitative and statistical sciences applied in social, behavioral, educational, policy, health, biomedical and communications research. High-quality, innovative, interdisciplinary research is not so much data-driven as problem-driven. QUEST will focus on the entire research process by focusing on research design, measurement and data analytic methods applied to transdisciplinary science. QUEST also aims to provide researchers across Georgia State University’s departments, schools and institutes with access to a full range of advanced quantitative science expertise.
